Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at cservice(at)revell.com, or 1-800-833-3570. Please supply the Representative with your order number, and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Revell.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Defective items will be repaired or replaced within 90 days of purchase.

Return Rules and Restrictions
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items older than 30 days cannot be returned.
  • You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records. If you no longer have the packing slip, follow these steps:
    •  If you are a registered customer, visit www.revell.com and click on Your Account or Order Status and sign in to view Your Order History. (If you are not a registered customer, contact a Customer Service Representative at cservice(at)revell.com, or 1-800-833-3570.)
    • When you view your Order Details, locate the Order that contains the item you want to return and choose Print Invoice.
    • Include the printed invoice along with the product.
  • Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
  • If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Customer Service Representative immediately at cservice(at)revell.com, or 1-800-833-3570.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 days of our receiving your returned product if the product is still in its original packaging.
  • If the product has been opened a partial refund will be made based on the condition of the product returned up to 90% of its original purchase price.
  • Items purchased online at Revell.com may NOT be returned to a retail store carrying our products.
