Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to make changes to orders that have already been placed, as we always strive to process them as quickly as possible.
Delivery status of your order: How to find it
Your order will be shipped to Germany via DHL and to Austria via GLS. You can track the current location of your package online at any time using the tracking number you receive in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not have access to your shipping confirmation email, you can also view the status of your delivery via the "My Account" section under "My Orders".
Information about shipping times
For orders shipped to Germany and Austria, the expected delivery time is approx. 2-4 working days. Orders shipped to other countries usually reach their destination within 1-2 weeks. Please note that this information depends on the capacities of the respective shipping service providers and in exceptional cases the delivery time may be extended.
Shipping costs: Free from 50€
For orders over €50, shipping within Germany and Austria is free. If the value of the goods is less than €50, a shipping fee of €3.90 will apply for deliveries in Germany and Austria.
For orders with a goods value of over EUR 50.00, we ship free of charge within Germany and Austria. For orders with a goods value of less than EUR 50.00, we charge a shipping fee of EUR 3.90 within Germany and Austria.
