Cancellations
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order or to try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
If you take out a subscription you will receive recurring deliveries. These depend on the subscription length and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery will be invoiced unless you make payment in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there you can manage your subscription. Advance orders
When you place an advance order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is not currently in stock. We may not collect a payment or a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. Try before you buy
If you purchase an item to try, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You have a certain amount of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If the deadline has passed and you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
