Every model maker knows the moment when a painstakingly assembled kit is ready for painting. Colors, thinning and consistency: The secret to the perfect spray pattern

The gun “spits” or sprays intermittently:

Why is there bubbles in the paint cup of my spray gun?

The bubbling occurs when compressed air cannot escape from the front of the nozzle and takes the path of least resistance back into the paint cup.
