Why Easy Click airplanes & Helicopter are the perfect choice

The innovative easy click building system in detail

The Easy Click System from Revell is based on a well thought -out plug -in mechanism in which all components interlock precisely. The colored front -painted components completely eliminate the time required for painting and drying. At the same time, the use of adhesives is no longer necessary, which not only accelerates the construction process, but also ensures a clean working environment.

Who are easy Click models for?

These kits are primarily aimed at model building beginners, children aged 8 and over as well as experienced hobbyists who are looking for quick success in between. The reduced requirements for tools and preparation make Easy Click models an ideal solution for spontaneous construction projects or as an introduction to the world of aviation models.

Quality and richness of detail despite the simplified structure

Despite the toolless structure, you do not have to compromise on the model quality. The Easy Click airplanes and Helicopter impress with authentic proportions, realistic surface structures and historically correct coloring. Cockpit details, flaps and characteristic shape are fully preserved.

Construction time and level of difficulty

Most easy click aircraft can be completed within 30 to 90 minutes. The level of difficulty moves in the lower to medium area, which also means that less experienced model builders get impressive results. The attached instructions lead step by step through the assembly and explain important details of the respective original.

Easy Click Models offer the perfect introduction to the fascinating world of historical and modern aircraft - without complicated preparations and with a guaranteed experience.

The most frequently asked questions

For beginners, Revell models with skill level 1 or 2 are recommended. Level 1 includes simple plug-in kits without glue, while level 2 requires basic gluing work. These models have fewer components (usually 20-50 parts) and simple color schemes. Experienced model makers should only start at level 3, as this already requires detailed painting and precise gluing work.

The packaging colors show a basic painting for quick results. However, the construction instructions contain detailed color recommendations for authentic, true-to-scale replicas. Professional model makers use the instructions' extended color palette for more realistic results. This enables both beginners to create simple projects and experts to create detailed replicas.

Revell releases new models and new editions of classic kits every month. Around 60-80 new products are released every year, including airplanes, ships, cars and RC models. The list of new products is updated at the beginning of each month. Collectors and enthusiasts should check the Revell webshop regularly, as limited editions often sell out quickly.

Revell invests significantly in product development, precise injection molds and detailed construction instructions. Each model goes through extensive design processes, tool making and quality control according to the EN 71.5 standard. The higher costs result from licensed original artwork, multilingual instructions and the use of high-quality plastics that enable precise details.

You can obtain spare parts for Revell models from official customer service or authorized dealers. Many parts can be reordered individually, although an exact kit number is required. Alternatively, specialized model building communities offer exchanges. For older, no longer produced models, 3D printing services or aftermarket manufacturers can often help.

The basic equipment includes plastic glue, side cutters, files, basic paints (black, white, gray) and brushes of various sizes. Primer, clear coat and detail brushes are recommended for advanced projects. A cutting mat set and good lighting significantly improve the quality of work. Budget beginners can start well with around 50-80 euros.

Revell RC models are differentiated according to age groups. Ready-to-run models are suitable for ages 8 and up, while kit RC models require experience in model building. Adults benefit from expandable systems and tuning options. The skill level marking helps with selection - RC beginners should start with levels 1-2, even as adults.

The Revell range includes over 400 active models, which is challenging for small retailers in terms of inventory and finances. Specialist retailers tend to focus on popular categories or regional preferences. The official Revell web shop offers the full range, while local dealers often allow special orders. Remaining stocks of older models can often be found in specialized model making shops.

We accept product suggestions via the contact form on the website. Successful proposals take into account market potential, licensability and technical feasibility. Keep in mind that developing new models takes 12-24 months. Detailed suggestions with reference material have a higher chance of success, but due to the high volume, not all ideas can be implemented.

All Revell products comply with the European toy standard and are regularly tested for harmful substances. Safety instructions in the construction instructions are mandatory and particularly concern adhesives and paints. Models below skill level 3 are designed for children aged 10 and over, higher levels require supervision or are only recommended for children aged 14 and over. The CE marking confirms conformity.
